The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive.

Additionally, the insistence on promoting the sunrise tour felt pushy, especially given the price discrepancy we later discovered. To add to our frustration, climbing to the 5th floor without an elevator was quite exhausting, especially after a long day of exploring.

The room was newly renovated and super clean with a comfy bed. Staff was professional and respectful. The sunrise tour they helped book was awesome. Facilities include warm toilet seats and heated beds, which are great touches.

the so-called ‘mountain view’ was a complete joke, just trees blocking everything. my shower made the bathroom look like a water park, and the heating situation was an utter disaster. a welcome gift was definitely in order after such inconveniences, but I guess good service is too much to ask here. I almost praised this hotel, but could not.

I had a great stay at Dafong Hotel! The hotel shuttle bus picked me up promptly, and Tiffany at reception was fantastic, providing a map with all the important spots in the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great lighting. The sunrise tour was well-organized, and the view was stunning. Love that the shower was hot and powerful!

It was just a strong match for a passing visit in Zhongzheng (Chiayi) with good price-quality ratio. The staff were not friendly and the room was tiny with a bad smell. Don't expect much from the breakfast. save time by skipping it and going out instead.
